Answer A. The primary reason two different grades of water are used is patient safety balanced with production costs. Using a single high-grade water for everything is neither medically necessary nor financially practical. Purified water (PW) is produced by reverse osmosis at room temperature, So can keep this PW in a tank . But Water for injection (WFI) is a high expensive need sterilized zone and it should be keep moving into pipe line at 80ยฐC – 85ยฐC.
